Dashboard

Welcome to mission control!

When logging into the platform you will arrive at the Dashboard screen. This is the home screen and center base of the platform.

The Rocketbots Dashboard

From the Dashboard, you will be presented with a suite of cards that give you an overview of your Space's performance and any important tasks at hand.

Stats and Summaries

These cards show key metrics from across your Space.

Subscribed Contacts

This shows the number of contacts that have subscribed to your bot in the past 24 hours. You can change the timeframe by clicking on the dropdown menu on the top right of the card.

The lifetime total number of subscribed contacts is also shown on the card.

You can quickly access the contacts module from this card.

Message Count

This card displays the total number of messages that has been sent and received by your Space within the past day. Similarly to the the contacts card, you can switch between timeframes by accessing the dropdown menu on the top right corner.

The total number of messages sent and received is shown on the bottom of the card.

You can jump to the messaging module by clicking on the link on the bottom left of the card.

Response Times

The Average Response Time indicates how long does your team usually take (on average) to answer a contact's query.

On the bottom of the card, you can find the Average First response time. This refers to the average time it takes for your team to respond to the initial chat request from a contact. This metric also changes with the timeframe chosen.

Average Response Time takes all messages into consideration. Average First is how long a contact waits for someone to attend to them when first messaging the Space.

Resolution Times

The Average Resolution Time refers to the average time your team takes to mark a contact as done.

The Longest resolution time refers to the longest length of time a conversation took before it was marked done. This metric also changes with the timeframe chosen.

Action Needed

This card shows a list of outstanding contacts that requires attention from your team.

The Action Needed table shows all the conversations currently marked as pending. Click on any contact to start/continue a conversation. Once finished, remember to press the "Mark Done" button on the Messages Module to archive it.

You can switch between how the Action Needed table sorts and filters your pending contacts by accessing the dropdown menu on the top right corner.

Charts

These cards display interactive charts that shows you the growth of your Space and the demographics of your contacts.

Hover over the charts to see exact numbers. Click on the legend tags to filter them out.

Contacts Chart

Shows the new subscriber distribution over a period of time. You can change the timeframe with the drop-down or hide/show channels by clicking on the legend.

Messages Chart

Shows the Messages sent and received over a period of time. You can change the timeframe with the drop-down or hide options by clicking on the legend.

Gender Distribution Chart

Shows the gender distribution among all your contacts in a pie chart format. "Unknown" is displayed for contacts from channels where gender is not specified and "Other" for other non-binary genders.

Tags Assigned

This card shows a table of the tags assigned by the chatbot and the number of contacts they have been assigned to.

You can switch to a word cloud view of the tags by clicking on the tag cloud button on the top right.
